complaint

We recognize that occasionally, community members may wish to raise a complaint pertaining to an issue that interferes with their interactions with DCDAL.

Anyone may initially choose to raise his or her complaint on an informal, verbal basis with any member of the DCDAL staff. In which case, the DCDAL Staff Member will make every attempt possible to solve the complaint either themselves, with a supervisor, or the Director. In the event that the complaint cannot be resolved informally, the community member should request to speak to the Director, Cathy Kipp via email at cathykipp@dcdal.org, via postal mail at: 138 Greentree Drive, Dover, Delaware 19904, or via telephone at 1-302-883-0420. The Director will promptly review all complaints, and where appropriate, attempt to resolve the complaint directly.
