Computer Lab Hours
The DCDAL office offers access to a computer lab onsite at the Dover office. While it is not necessary to make a reservation to use the lab, please note that it may be unavailable from time to time. The computer lab is generally available during normal office hours.

Technical Support
Please contact technical support if you are having difficulties with MyDCDAL, e-mail, textbooks or 3rd party learning tools (Essential Education/High School Equivalency Achieve/Edmentum/Tell Me More.)
Hours of Support:
- Monday-Thursday 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. AND 7:00-9:00 P.M.
- Friday 8:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.
- Saturday 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Students can make a technical support request in two ways:
- Call the DCDAL office at 302-883-0420 and press (4) to reach technical support
- Go to MyDCDAL, click on the “Technical Support” tab at the top of the screen, and then click the “request support” option
Testing Locations
DCDAL offers services statewide. While our main office is located in Dover, Delaware, we utilized local libraries throughout the state to serve as testing locations. Here is a list of the locations that are available when requesting an appointment:
- New Castle County: Bear Library (Tuesdays) and Kirkwood Library (Thursdays)
- Kent County: DCDAL Office (Monday-Thursday)
- Sussex County: Georgetown (Wednesdays)
Tutoring Services
Tutoring in the areas of mathematics and writing are available free of cost to students. Please contact the DCDAL office at 1-302-883-0420 for eligibility and scheduling.
Material Fee Scholarships (James H. Groves Adult High School Program)
Material fee scholarships are available upon request for eligible students. Please contact Frank Dunkerley at frankdunkerley@dcdal.org for more information.
GED® Testing Scholarships
Scholarships to cover the cost of GED® testing fees are available upon request for eligible students. Please contact Theresa Gray at theresagray@dcdal.org for more information.
Community Program Information and Referrals
To support your enrollment in DCDAL’s adult education programs, we have partnered with other community agencies to provide information and referrals for services that may be available to you.

Organization of Adult Alumni & Students in Service (OAASIS)
